Morag Hutchison of Shepherd and Wedderburn advises employers – both UK-based and international – on all areas of UK employment law. Most of Morag’s work is with employers, but she also works with senior employees who need employment advice. She is particularly expert in employee relations issues (having spent time on secondment with clients in their ER teams) and TUPE, and is great at delivering training on employment law to people managers and HR teams in a way that is informative, practical and interesting. Morag also specialises in supporting our corporate team on the people aspects of corporate deals.
