Derek joined having spent 29 years at Lloyds banking group with his last role managing the retail relationship with the UK’s largest housebuilders and wider home-building industry. He has a wealth of housing and mortgage experience that sees him regularly interact with trade bodies, housing stakeholders, governments, and their agencies.
