Mark Cruickshank is Managing Legal Counsel in the Outsourcing, Technology & IP team at NatWest Group. Mark advises on all contentious and commercial IP matters for NatWest Group including for Royal Bank of Scotland, Coutts and Ulster Bank. This principally focusses on AI and innovation projects, Fintech and branding. He is accredited by the Law Society as a specialist in intellectual property law and sits on the Law Society of Scotland's Panel for Specialist Intellectual Property Law Accreditation and the Intellectual Property Law Sub-Committee. Mark is a co-founder of the Scottish IP Network and a Board Member of Wikimedia UK.
